Reprice

The Repricing endpoint allows merchants to update an order's price for changes not initiated by the buyer, such as substituting an out-of-stock product. Repricing does not alter the original decision from Signifyd; for example, FRAUD and INR coverage for $150 would adjust to $100 if the price is updated, and the invoice would reflect the new amount. This endpoint is not for buyer-initiated cart changes, which should be recorded as new Checkout events.

Orders can be updated up to 100 times within 14 days of placement. Updates beyond the 100th return an HTTP 400 response. Special access is required, enabled by your Implementation Manager, and the 14-day window can be extended upon request.
