Automation Toggles
Only Signifyd users with Owner or Admin level access will be able to toggle automation settings within Signifyd. Locate these settings by navigating to SETTINGS > INTEGRAIONS within the Signifyd console.
Be sure to choose the appropriate team (top right drop down list) when making updates. Every individual store has its own automation settings.
Alternative Status Options
Signifyd can integrate with BigCommerce to update the order based on the Signifyd decision. By default, all automation options will be set to off when the app is added. Below are examples of the full integration.
As seen in the order flow diagram, there are multiple options for what action can be taken if Signifyd Approves or Declines an order. To update to an alternate option, please request your desired configuration from your assigned Implementation Manager or contact Signifyd Support.
Signifyd Approvals:##
- Default - Update order status to “Awaiting Shipment”
- Update order status to “Awaiting Fulfillment” + CAPTURE PAYMENT
Signifyd Declines:##
- Default - Update order status to “Manual Verification Required”
- Update order status to “Cancelled” + VOID PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
- Update order status to “Declined”
Note: any orders that are filtered out of Signifyd will not be updated by automation settings. When testing the integration, be sure to confirm the entire flow of all order sources.
