Signifyd’s plugin enables merchants on Magento 2 to integrate with Signifyd quickly, automating fraud prevention and protecting them in case of chargebacks.

When a customer places an order on your Magento store, Signifyd automatically reviews the order and tells you whether to ship it or not. If we approve an order, we provide a complete financial guarantee. This means that if an order we guarantee results in a chargeback, we reimburse not just the cart value of the goods, but any additional fees associated with the order.

If you only ship out orders Signifyd guarantees, you will never pay for a chargeback again. Instead, you can focus on growing your business with zero fraud liability.

Save time and resources by automating your back office based on Signifyd’s decision, automatically shipping good orders and canceling fraudulent ones. Choose from several different workflow configurations to fully or partially automate your order fulfillment. Configure workflows to update the order status or capture, cancel, and or void the order based on Signifyd's decision.

Quickly Access the Signifyd Case From the Magento Order Grid

Get quick access to your Signifyd case directly from Magento. The guarantee decision on each order is conveniently linked to the Signifyd case enabling quick access to view our fraud analysis, request a re-review, or submit for reimbursement features.

Never pay for orders you don't ship

If an order is canceled in Magento we will automatically cancel the guarantee in Signifyd for you so that you only pay for orders you ship.

Implementation

Process

Depending on your store's complexity, installation can take anywhere from a few hours to several days. It's recommended that you engage with Signifyd's Customer Success team ([email protected]) to ensure the plugin has been set up and installed successfully. Most merchants will rely on a System Integrator or their website developer to install and test the plugin. See the section Onboarding New Store for more details.

Steps

• Request Signifyd account
• Download & Install extension
• Configure extension & add webhook
• Test integration in test environment
• Test integration in production environment (data quality verification)
• Send live orders from production environment to start calibration period (~4 weeks)
• Sign off, go live. Signifyd coverage begins
